Capital Studies

This services domain is designed to address Concept, Pre-Feasibility and Feasibility study phases of any capital project, subsequently focussing on researching, designing, planning and costing all project related people aspects.

A Concept Study is the first development stage of capital studies after determining the reasons for undertaking a project. The outcome of this product is to define the required human resources complement and associated costs linked to the mine design criteria. This study is normally conducted 3 years from site construction.

A Pre-Feasibility Study is to conduct trade-off studies for various options and to determine most efficient and cost effective option for further refinement during the Feasibility Phase. This study is normally conducted 2 years from site construction.
